I like to give my wife gift certificates to nail and spa salons. I saw Central Nails and Spa so I went in and got my wife a gift certificate. The girl helping me was very nice and very helpful. My wife went in for a manicure and also got a pedicure. She is a teacher at a local high school, and got her nails done in the High School colors. All her students talked about how nice her nails looked. They put some sparkle on then also and I must admit her toe nails looked really good. Me, being a man, I highly recommend this nail Spa, for whatever that is worth!

I went in for a mani/pedi, it started off good, but the lady who did my manicure, my nails had bubbles. I told her and she just kept polishing over them. The lady who did my pedicure, all was good until I got home and realized when she did my heels, they were so rough, not smooth at all. So I am not very happy with the service, and I will not be back nor would I recommend this place.

LOVE THIS PLACE! It’s small but the service is great and they always give discounts to their regulars. I dont personally have any preference as to who does my nails, because everyone does amazing work and will always help you create what’s in your mind for your nails♡

I’m not sure if the same girl that was supposed to help me once is still here. But one time I went in and was asked what I needed. I told them I needed a full set and a pedicure. Next thing, my pedicure was done and I was just left there, no one said anything or asked anything until I said something. And with an attitude the Asian girl said she couldn’t do my nails. They pretty much left to sit there for an hour wasting my time. Don’t go here if you don’t want someone being rude to you… That Asian girl that does the nails needs to learn customer service skills and should smile more.

Neighbor took the girls here to do their nails. Told me of their rushed sloppy acrylic nail experience so thought I’d give them a redemption. Prices seemed cheap too so we went first thing in the morning. Walked in and we said good morning. Both employees seemed shocked to see customers, very akward. Asked of we wanted a full set, told them yes and lady said we don’t have time!! So confusing seeing as how we were the first and only people there. O_o said oh ok and went across the street to ProfessioNail & Spa ( who BTW have amazing, clean, friendly, quick service). Definitely lost a customer here.

Called at 3:45 and made an appointment to get a fill in and 2 nails that were broken fixed with the lady at 4:30. Showed up on time for my appointment, place looked short staffed and only had 3 nail desks which no one was at, and 2 women getting pedicures with 3 other women waiting up front for services. I was told to sit in a nail chair and wait, mean while the staff was complaining about not having enough time for my appointment which keep in mind they scheduled !!! After they argued an employee made a comment he had a 5:30 appointment so he didn’t have time for mine!!! KEEP IN MIND I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AS WELL! So I made a call to professional nails and salon across the street to see how long the wait was they got me right in literally no wait very professional and happy to see me and had PLENTY OF TIME TO SEE ME !!!! Way to lose a new client guys because I will never be back, oh and usually i tip very well… My tip to new clients is don’t go here go across the street because they care about their clients, maybe for the next new person you guys can change your perception of time management and how to treat a customer.

I came here a few times, thought maybe the service would change but it doesn’t. They always ask you to pay for more for service even if you want one product done. They act like they cant take 5 minutes to do eyebrows,but yet eating at nail stand, unprofessional…. the owner or whoever she is, is annoying…
