The experience was horrible. I paid for a color change at $20.00. The owner says everywhere is $20.00. I was charged more because I had gel polish removed but not informed that I would not have the fee in the event I replaced the gel. She did not file or clean the cuticle and the end result is this. I’m not from Baton Rouge and would not recommend.this place to anyone. Service was horrible.!!

I’m so furious i got my nails done and the color that i chose originally was a bright sky blue but what they painted were a dark dark ugly purple and i’m so mad and I deserve a refund. They hardly spoke to me and never asked me if this was the correct color. The color that was painted on my nails did not match up with the color sample they showed me also they didn’t paint the whole nail they missed so many parts and they did 2 coats which made them not look good at all. I have so much more things that I could complain about this place. I do not suggest going here at all to get your nails or acrylics done.

I love coming here always a friendly environment. My mother and I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Prices are super affordable. Also they do amazing nail designs. Definitely a 10/10! Highly recommend.
