Went in got my my toes and hands done. Getting my toes asked what color I wanted. I picked the color on my hands but in gel. They said they don’t have this color. So I went with what was on my toes. Went to get acrylic nails done had the same color for my toes in my hand. She asked if I picked out my color I showed her. She said oh do you want powdered I said I want the same color. I don’t care if it’s gel or powdered. I just want the same color as my toes. She told me I it the same price and color after she puts in a couple coats she asks do I like I let her know that they are not the same color. Only thing I asked for! Then she lets me know that they are not the same cause powder and gel are not the same. I couldn’t stay even long to her to fix the only thing I asked for. Paid almost $100 for nothing I wanted.

Coming from the Chicagoland area. where every nail shop thrives on the business of doing Nails and LASHES. I guess the lashes business is not so prominent in small towns on Florida. So ergo my experience. I stopped in to see if they did lashes. Answer yes. I had to make appt with Amy.. I asked how long would it take she said 15 minutes I knew that was a lie Annnd (apparently she is the only trained tech for eyelashes) Made appt for the next dav @12:30. WALK IN AT 12:25. Asked for Amy who is seated right in front me doing nails just starting I said I was on lunch..she said go eat your lunch. In other words I would have had to wait until she was done with NAILS. Amy what is the point of making people make appt. And you start doing another job so when pple arrive you make them wait. You clearly were not waiting on your client..Very unprofessional. Amy! And had the nerve to ask me did I want a pedicure. Never! I will find another shop that will satisfy all my wants!
