I have been coming here for over 12 years and they never cease to amaze me!!! I love this nail salon! The owner and her staff are very attentive and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Years ago, I had my bridal shower here and it was amazing! Spa Day!! Best time EVER!

Extremely upset with how they handle their customers. I’ve been going to them for a while but they are so under staffed it’s ridiculous. The first time i had issues was when i made an appointment for SNS with my mother. We sat down and they gave us the colours and ignored us.. we waited too long and went somewhere else. Then today i Walked in with my sister at 11:15 and they told us to sit down in the chairs as if we are about to be seen. The owner wrapped our nails in aluminium foil and acetone and left us sitting there for AN HOUR! My finger tips started to burn. So i walked out. I highly recommend to not waste your time

Came here last month and was a decent job and price. Came back and was worst polish job I have had, there is polish all over my skin (hands and toes), my nails are crooked and super short, the guy who did my nails seemed confused and moved super slow. I would not recommend going here. My nails looked like they were already over a week grown out when I walked out of the place.

I was in for a manicure and pedicure. Horrible I have nail polish on my toes. He filed the skin around my nails. I had to ask for the cuticle to be pushed back on my nails 3 times. I even picked put the tool and showed him. The cuticle cutters was so dull he was having to pull the cuticle, and removed skin instead of cuticle. Needlessly to say I will have sore fingertips for a few days. I got up and walked out. I would not recommend this place.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. I did a pedicure and gel fill and have to say that Tracy, the owner, did an amazing job. Her staff is older and everyone here is nice and pleasant…compared to other places that are filled with younger females and everyone talks about you in their language…I used to go to TLC nails on winter garden Vineland Road and that place is horrible when it comes to customer service and standing behind their work. The lady that did my pedicure at Central nails was very thorough and Tracy did an amazing job with my fill.

I’m literally still sitting in the salon as I write this review. It’s disappointing to be sitting here and forgotten, as nail techs work in an unprofessional and unorganized manner. In addition my nails look bad! I’ve motioned for my tech a few times. She finally walked over to look and then paint over a couple bare areas but left the paint job messy. She has left again to start working on another person. I have nail polish on my skin around my nails on several toes. I still have toe spacers between my toes and I’m not sure if I should keep waiting or get up. This is a crying shame.

I went in this afternoon for a manicure and the woman who took care of me completely butchered my nails. Not only did she do a horrible job with the color, but her shaping was terrible too. Deeply disappointed. I usually get my pedicures here and recently, the quality of their work has deteriorated. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Nails came out ok. She had to redo 2 of them (without me even asking). My biggest issue is the salon is dirty. Residue everywhere- even on the candy dish in front area. My first time experiencing it at that level.
