I opened Central Lotus Massage Therapy in the summer of 2019 to start my own massage business. My name is Ashley Vander Ploeg and I’m a 34-year- female, licensed, and certified massage therapist. I was trained at Blue Heron Academy in medical and manual massage therapy. I’ve been massaging full time for about 6 years now. I specialize in deep tissue and myofascial release, but I do a great medium and light pressure massage as well. I now offer Reiki energy treatments. Come check me out. I had the opportunity to get two 90 min massages from Ashley this summer. After each I had to sit in my car for 15 min afterwards because I was so relaxed and loose! Ashley is truly talented, an excellent masseuse with a charming space and convenient location. She’s very reasonably priced and has a lovely charm. Her massage technique is out-of-this world!!
