112$ for a 3 minute appointment. They cannot be bother with patients. The office is a complete dump. I asked for a full skin exam and they claimed they were too busy. I have another appointment in august for the exam I will definitely be cancelling. Go somewhere else.

I have insurance and they refused to see me as I would not put credit card information down. They advised they do not seek to see what insurance pays. They treat and then insurance tells them whether it is covered or not. Your card gets billed automatically. So no advice up front as to what is covered. I left being refused treatment and I am in pain. Terrible doctor to refuse treatment. They refused to see me just because of credit card information. I have insurance. Terrible and disgraceful.

This place told me my health insurance was accepted. I drove over an hour and a half to get to them in rush hour. Then they said they did not in fact accept my health insurance! Hateful place!

I had an appointment for skin tags. I had a lot on my neck and after the doctor was done I asked him if he was sure he took all of them. He said yes. I got home with my neck hurting and when I checked he left a big one. I felt like he was rushing the entire process and I was right.I spent more than $300 for him to not his job right.

I’m writing my review only 24-hours after seeing Dr. Strober and Alexa. This was one of the ‘best’ customer service experiences I have arguably ever had in a doctor’s office. The front desk staff greeted me the way someone wants to be greeted when arriving at a doctor’s office. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Alexa was incredible! She was so warm and friendly and thorough, walking me through every aspect of this procedure that I suddenly found myself a bit nervous for… Dr. Strober was fantastic. What I appreciated the most, was their respect for my concern about why I was there. I had a follow-up question and was able to reach Alexa immediately. I would highly recommend this practice. I saw the negative reviews, which all seems related to having to provide them with a credit card to keep on file. I can only speak to my experience, and it was fantastic! Again, I would highly recommend Dr. Strober and his team at CCD!

Beautiful state of the art practice. The front desk staff, assistants and doctor were very friendly and it’s clear they love their jobs and actually care about the patient. They even went the extra mile to help me get my prescription medication at a more affordable price than my local CVS. Plus, they got me an appointment in less than a week! If you need a dermatologist, this is the place for you! Thanks for opening in Avon!

Horrible experience with this office. Unfortunately, I lost my debit card before my appointment and they Were not accommodating at all. They tried to give awful reasons why they could not accommodate me the same way they accommodated my friend who was in the same situation. I was in horrible pain and they still would not help me because of their “policy” that is only flexible for a certain demographic of people. Just awful.This is unfortunate because I’ve been seeing Dr. Chen since 2014. Do not come to this location if you’re a patient of color. :’(
