Our Yoga teachers are also highly trained and experienced. Massage Therapist
AromaTouch Massage
Utilizing 16 different essential oil singles and blends, the meridians of the back, feet and hands are massaged to create a more balanced system. This Essential Oil massage targets Stress Management, Immune Response, Inflammatory Response, Homeostatis and Lymphatic Movement in an hour long session. Included are hydrating feet and hand treatments utilizing coconut or jojoba oils plus essential oils to enhance emotional wellness.		$90.00
Massage – 30 mins
This massage is focused and targets a particular complaint or area the needs therapeutic attention.		$45.00
Massage – 45 mins
This massage is mostly targeting a specific complaint yet finds ways to link the entire system into systemic relief.		$65.00
Massage – 60 mins
Therapeutic Massage utilizing Esalen/Swedish, Myofascial Release, Sports, Orthopedic Massage		$90.00
Massage – 90 mins
This massage is guided by the needs of the individual coupled with the assessment of the therapist to increase ease and range of movement, decrease pain and discomfort and can even conclude with home exercises to further the positive effects of the treatment.		$120.00
Myofascial Release
Utilizing techniques from the John Barnes method of myofascial release (MFR), the patient’s restrictions are gently challenged towards length and mobility to increase ease of movement and to decrease pain in the patient’s body.		$120.00
