Unfortunately I cannot even recommend 1 star. I’ve been coming here for quite a few years just for a basic trim. Right before thanksgiving, I decided I wanted to get a light framing layered cut of my face. I was very anxious because I’ve never done anything major with my hair before and this was my first time trusting a place to make my hair look nice for thanksgiving. Boy did I make a mistake. The haircut in the photo is what I left with. I immediately shared on social to confirm that this is truly the worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life. I was panicked + stressed because our family thanksgiving was the next day and this was like worst case scenario for me! And on top of that, because they chunked out my hair on both sides I had to chop it to shoulder length, which was unfortunate because I really liked my long hair. And on top of that I paid for $45 for this cut, and then had to pay another $30-$40 for another salon to fix everything all in less than 24 hours. I don’t recommend this hair salon and will not be coming back.

Poor attention to detail. One side was significantly longer than the other as well as choppy. Had to have an inch taken off to be fixed at another salon. After the experience I had they reached out were very apologetic and refunded my money which I used as a credit for my mother whom had been going there for years she was very pleased . I am very grateful for quick response to my experience and there excellent customer service. It says alot about a business that will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Thank you to all the staff.

I came in Saturday June 15th with my two sisters. I booked our appointments online which was super easy and convenient. We were getting our hair done for my wedding later in the day. The salon was very cute and we were greeted right away by the very friendly staff. They did a wonderful job on all of our hair styles! I was so happy with my hair for my wedding, after telling the stylist about my dress she created a beautiful style that really complemented the look. Unfortunately, I am not very local to the salon (about an hour away) if I was this would be my new place to go.

I have specific tones I like and precise styles. In 4 years since moving to the area I haven’t found a trusted stylist until now. Alot of hair was cut off tonight in trust that Taylor would be able to manage the style, she nailed it!
