The women are friendly and do a great job. The salon is always clean and the employees have been working here for a long time so you’ll be able to get the exact stylist every time you come to do you hair. I have a favorite stylist who always does my hair but on her day off or vacation, I have no problem getting my hair done by another stylist. There’s also metered street parking available in front of the store!

The Barbershop is easy to get to. There is parking available right next to the store. I entered the barbershop and there was no wait, which was cool (Wed at 11 am). There was one person there, an elder gentleman. I brought photos of what I wanted my haircut to be with me and went through and explained what I wanted for a full minute before looking over to the barber and him saying “Okay.” I thought he understood what I wanted. It was pretty simple, cut short on the sides/back, don’t touch the top, put 2 creative lines on the side just like the photo. The haircut starts off well enough. The sides of being trimmed off with a razor, but as he finishes that part, I stop him right before he starts on the top and I say ” Like I said before, I don’t want to cut the top, Can you put some product on and lets see how high the hair goes and cut it from there” He says okay and then disregards what I requested and CUTS MY HAIR SHORT. I was so shocked that I didn’t stop and yell at him. He even forget about doing the lines on side which is a 5 second effort with a razor. As we were done, He said “how much for tip” as I handed him my credit card and he looked confused as I said none. He gave me a 5/10 haircut when doing a 10/10 haircut was easy enough. I had plans of growing my hair out and going to another place to do highlights in the future and this plan ruined my plans and I will have to wait a year now since I have work obligations in the late fall. I have no idea who else cuts hair at this place but if you want to give any instruction on what you want and actually have it heard, you won’t get that here at least with the elder man doing the cuts.
