I wish I had a good experience like everyone else did. Mines was terrible. It’s a long story. The lady in the back did a horrendous job. She asked in Spanish ” do you want an all natural look with the facial hair?” and I explained I just wanted the facial hair trimmed just a little and she shaved off all my facial hair off. OKAY. Disappointing. Pero entiendo que talves vio problemas con comunicacion entre yo y ella.

My 10 year old nephew has mixed hair which requires expertise to cut well and to his liking. The bilingual barber “Poncho” was not only attentive to my nephew’s request but also chatted with him while cutting his hair. My nephew isn’t easily impressed; he texted me that Poncho is now his barber. Poncho did a great job. Highly recommend.
