I always love my pedicures, no matter who does them! I get terrible ingrown toenails and they are always careful when removing them. I took my daughter as well and she had a great experience. The wait times can be a little lengthy even with an appointment, but not terrible. Very clean, everyone is professional. Pedicure

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would have given them. My nails looked so bad as I was check out the guy offered to fix them. After he did his best to fix them they still looked terrible. This picture was taken the next day. When I called to let them know I was unsatisfied, all they offered was for me to come back and have them fixed, would not refund my money. Worsts nail salon experience ever. The nail tech did not listen to anything I asked for and filed my fingers more than my nails.

Positive: QualityKenny did amazing on my horrible nails! I got them done at a different salon and they were crooked, and overall rushed. He did wonders, my nails look amazing! He took his time and made sure everything was smooth and shaped. The pedicure was also very relaxing and my toes look amazing . I will definitely be coming back!Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a 12pm manicure appointment for me and my daughter for my wedding. They finally started my daughter’s manicure at 12:40 while I continued to wait. I asked for an ombre french manicure. I provided a pic. The guy said for the ombre I wanted I would have to get gel polish. I’ve never had gel polish but he convinced me that regular polish would not work for ombre fade. Another person came over to do my nails. I showed her the same ombre pic. I said ombre. She said ok. When done she asked if I liked. I said no! It looked EXACTLY like a traditional french manicure not ombre AT ALL. Another lady came and said she would fix it. She used a paint brush and acetone to blur the white tip line. It did not work. I told them it was not what I wanted at all and that it was upsetting. Then the SAME guy that said I had to have gel for an ombre said oh no you need powder for ombre. I said that’s not what you told me. It took over two hours AND they charged me $75!!!! I will NEVER go back to CENTIFOLA!! I’m so glad I get to share my feedback. The pedicure was 2nd to none. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. When I went to get my nails refilled the nail technician convinced me that I needed a full set which now, I don’t think I needed. He proceeded to take off my old nails hurting me several times. He actually gave me this dirty look when I yanked my hand away because it hurt. He was rude when I asked him questions about who should I pay for both types of services. He was annoyed when I asked what the name of the woman who did my pedicure was. It was clear he was annoyed when I asked him to spell her name so that I could call her by the proper name. And ask for her again. When he painted my nails he did not put on enough coats & I can actually see through my nails. When he did the design, one nail on the right hand is completely off center and looks horrible. I felt like he was annoyed the whole time doing my nails. I will never return to him. I will continue to get a pedicure there though. I tip very well for good service. Even after all that he did, I still tipped him $10. Maybe he should realize that I’m his customer & if he didn’t have customers, he wouldn’t have a job.

Place was very nice. Confirmed our reservations which was appreciated. We booked 4 pedicures. Three classic one lavender. Two of us got paraffin. My polish was great. My daughters polish was a bit lumpy. Pedicure

If I could give zero Stars I would. I came here almost 3 weeks ago to get nails and a pedicure, the nail experience did not go well the nails were not filed properly. The gentleman that did my nails sits at station 8 my nails were not filed properly the first time nor were they properly filed this time. He sent me to wash my hands and when I came back he told me that I could pay I said okay so then he tells me that my total $48. The money is not the issue it’s the service received as well as the quality. No gel polish nothing just a simple fill. I was in here the previous time when a lady was told $28 for a fill and her nails were actually longer than mine. The prices are inconsistent. I was told I didn’t have to come back which I didn’t plan on it after a second bad experience.
