Did a walk in for dip nails… was good and they looked good..usually go to C&C in manheim and will never go back to this place…my dip nails usually last 3 to 4 weeks looking like i just came out of the salon but not at this place…my hair keeps getting caught and the dip CHIPPED off after 7 days…other than that the lady was super nice and did a good job, just not worth the 50$ for chipping 7 days after when other places do a better job

Horrible. What she got vs what she wanted. Then when I said we don’t like it the lady got mad & aggressively grabbed my daughters arm and snatched her to start removing the gel polish, with a drill on her tiny nails. Rude! & unprofessional, she told me I should have told her I didn’t like it before it was cured, not like she asked if I liked it before it was cured, really she should have said no ma’am this design is beyond my skill level, but she didn’t & she still charged me!!! Do not go here they’re rude, unprofessional, huge communication barriers and it ruined my daughters 9th bday treat & wasted my time & money!!

I used to come to this place to do my nails regularly. The price and service seemed fair. They are doing European style manicure and pedicure (so they actually cut cuticula) but that is exactly what I need. I got service from at least 5 different people here and everyone did a decent job. However, during the last few months things changed for worse.

My sister and I treated our mother for her 81st Birthday for manicure &pedicure at the salon and from walking in our experience had been simply wonderful the gals were terrific and really did a great job.

They did an excellent job on my gel pedicure! I have a dark spot on one of my toes and this was the first place that recommended doing a trick to cover it without having to cake on too many layers of gel polish.

They do a nice job overall, but the staff could be a bit friendlier. Got a manicure here before and it wasn’t my favorite, it was a bit sloppy but they did a decent job removing acrylics and have the lowest price to do so in this area.

Positive: QualityThis was my first visit, my thoughts upon walking in was that this place must be good because at 9:30am it was packed! Ok, so I did have an appointment and had to wait maybe 15 minutes BUT the quality of the pedicure that I received from Caroline was superb and well worth the wait! This place isn’t fancy, they don’t serve mimosas but I’ll take an amazing foot and leg massage over a mimosa any day!! I cannot believe that I have passed this salon by so many times! I will most definitely be coming back. So what, you might have to wait a little, bring a book or scroll through your Instagram. This was my first visit, my thoughts upon walking in was that this place must be good because at 9:30am it was packed! Ok, so I did have an appointment and had to wait maybe 15 minutes BUT the quality of the pedicure that I received from Caroline was superb and well worth the wait! Today I came in with my two daughters. Expecting to get us all a pedicure. While getting them done the lady doing my youngest (who is 3) asked if it was okay for a design. I said no nothing extra. She said no for free. I said okay. She then went to painting her finger nails along with the other lady doing my oldest she did her nails as well. So I’m thinking it’s free!! Well they comes to get her money I said okay how much she said $50 for my 3 and 9 year old! And $30 for me!! I will never again go to this place charging a 3 year old $25 dollars to get her toes done any place I ever went to only charge like $5 the most to do her little hands. Then the lady doing my oldest had the nerve to remove the whole hand of my daughter and I turn around to my youngest to see her hands behind her back because they lady was trying to remove my daughters. Yes I did refuse and only paid them $55 ( which they should of been thankful for that) we got regular nail polish nothing extra I never had took my daughter’s to a nail salon paying $80 for us three!!!
