Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional establishment and salon owner. I had been going to this salon for over a year and out of the blue and without warning this stylist sent me a text stating “I can not service you”. There was no explanation given or provided even after I asked. She is unorganized and always late to your appointment if she doesn’t forget that she scheduled you all together. I’ve always had to text her for follow up hair appointments. She can’t ever seem to remember how to treat my hair. There were times that she didn’t have product to do my hair, she ran out of gas in her car and I had to take her to pick up her daughter from her school. All of this bad customer service and not once had I ever complained or told anyone until now! The day that she didn’t even bother to give me a courtesy call to at least give an explanation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this salon especially if you expect professionalism. By the way, her prices change based on how she feels that day. I’m so glad I found a professional stylist now. I wouldn’t send my dog to this establishment. Very unprofessional establishment and salon owner. I had been going to this salon for over a year and out of the blue and without warning this stylist sent me a text stating “I can not service you”.
