I went for a root touch up. My hair color is currently a lighter brown with highlights, they touched it up with black instead of a brown. They also left dye all around my forhead and edges, on my ears behind my ears, and on my neck. I had to scrub until my skin turned red to get some of it off.

First off, I called in on Friday, and they got me in for the next morning which is awesome. I went in with long, ginger hair down to my lower back (with horrible roots) wanting a BIG change to a light blonde shoulder length bob with bangs. I had photos and a vision of what I wanted in my mind. I know that processing blonde to where you want it takes time, so I was aware that I may have to come back for a future appointment to lighten it again. LET ME TELL YOU….I DON’T have to! Taelor EXCEEDED my expectations!!! Not only did she give me a fantastic haircut, the color is perfect and exactly what I wanted and more. My hair is still super healthy too, despite the bleaching. I feel like a new woman, and I am more than happy with my new look! The atmosphere is professional, clean, yet laid back and welcoming. Taelor is so kind and friendly, and she made certain that I was comfortable during the process. She worked her tail off for me for this big change, and I am grateful!

Went to get hair trimmed and colored.. the girl had no idea of what I wanted.. put color on with no gloves.. two days later I washed my hair and all color came out.. don’t recommend this place at all if you want color.

I have been coming here for years and have had to change stylists twice because my previous ones quit for various reasons, but everyone that I have had here has always been wonderful and kind. I usually just get my long hair trimmed, but I also got my hair done for prom here, and I have gotten colorful hair extensions here. Every time, these ladies have exceeded my expectations, and I always leave a very fulfilled customer. The price is also reasonable. At this rate, I will never change hair salons!

I asked for layers she ended up trimming my hair and barely layers at all. We told my stylist to wash my hair, SHE DIDNT. I had straightened my curly hair before and she just re straightened it again. Not SMART OF ALL. My stylist was a sweet lady though I give 2 stars for that.
