I’ve been coming to this place for nearly 10 years! They’re open 7 days a week which is convenient. I usually go with Mimi bc I’m super sensitive and she’s so gentle and leaves my mani/pedi on point! Holly who I believe is the owner also does an amazing job. She’s super sweet, I love this place and will keep coming here.

Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s been the third time I come and ask for pedicure and nails. They start doing my pedicure but never get to my nails. Because they are too busy sitting other people. It’s been the third time I come and ask for pedicure and nails. They start doing my pedicure but never get to my nails. Because they are too busy sitting other people. It’s said that it’s all about the money. I tried giving it a chance but the third time was the last time. Horrible horrible service don’t go here. I love coming here for quick set of nails or manicure. Weekends can be full since they are a little known. Prices are decent. I have done my nails with Matthew, very cute and shape is always on point but he can be a little rough. I also used to do my nails with Tammi, she’s good and very kind. Now I love going to Hannah. Her work is very gentle and she pays very close attention to detail. I tip her well because she pays close attention to her work.

This was my first time going here. It’s close to my job so I figured why not. I tend to shake my hands a bit but nothing too crazy I never had a problem in other places. The guy that did my nails was very rude and hurting my fingers even made one bleed. He was getting really frustrated at me for my hands even thought I told him that I tend to shake my hands a bit. He than started talking bad about me in his language. I could tell because he was talking to himself. He even said I don’t know what’s wrong with people like you that do that. This is his job to do nails. He ended up leaving my nails messed up on the shape. Ones were thicker than the others in width. I felt he did this on purpose because he said it’s your fault if I mess up. Never felt had a bad nail experience before and I have been to many places with my nails being perfect. So it’s for sure his fault. Never coming back again I thought I could save some time going somewhere close to my job never again!!!!

I used to get my nails done here regularly and was never fully satisfied with the outcome but still didn’t say anything. Recently I went back early in the morning because I did not have an appointment, I was sat down after a 30 minute wait with a man who had just arrived. Once he sat me down he asked me what i wanted and i pulled up a picture on my phone, as I was trying to explain to him that I wanted the nails like the picture he told me “no you tell me what you want” and I told him that I wanted them sheer or milky white and he told me that they could not do that for me. I showed him the picture once more and he told me “no, you tell me”. I had gotten this nail design before so I knew he could do it but it was not a nail polish it was an acrylic powder but I just told him that it was fine just white with my index finger and my marry finger having gray silver. As he started doing my nails I was pleased but once he started putting the acrylic I was noticing that it was getting too thick. I was stressed because I don’t normally get gel as it is more expensive but did this time because I wanted them to look good for the event I had. Once he had finished filling and shaping after applying all the acrylic I was not pleased but I was not mortified. Once he started to put on the gel polish is when it all changed. He put 4 layers of the white and 3 layers of the top coat. You could image how thick they are and the quality is very uneven. One might look good but all the others don’t. I was fine with it till there until he told me I had to pay $35. All the times that I have gotten gel I have been charged $28. The nails are not long at all so I did not understand why I was being charged $7 dollars extra but I didn’t ask any questions and proceeded to pay him. I felt pressured to give him a tip even though I did not like the outcome. I was fine for 3 days but on the fourth day I noticed that the nails have gotten these very ugly air bumps on them and I’m honestly so disappointed. I could’ve spent my $45 dollars somewhere else and gotten a better set. Do not recommend

I loved the work! It was my first time here & I couldn’t be any happier. Kevin stayed an hour after they closed because he kept on really working on my nails till they were perfect. The pricing wasn’t bad either. I will keep coming here. If you really want nice nails go to Kevin!! He is amazing he might tell you to relax your hand so it’ll be easier on him. Overall great experience. Ps. He only works tuesdays through Saturday

Every time I come here the man at the very. Front asked “what u want” I tell him and all he says sit down. Doesn’t even say how long. The girls are nice. Once I’m ready to pay the man is always changing the prices even though I get the same every time manicure on my nails and pedicure with no gel. Last time I’m coming here I have never played $63 for this. I highly don’t recommend people coming here. The man is a thief and a liar. There was another lady that questioned him about her price too and he tried to explain but never gave a clear answer.

First time i went, the guy in the back did my nails. Horrible job and made me bleed. It was a hurtful process. Second time the man in front did my nails. A well dome job. Today i went and onw of the ladies did my nails and they are AWFUL. Not only did she hurt me but they look absolutely horrendous!!! I asked for stiletto and i received coffin. Nails are bumpy. I asked for them long and they are short and uneven.
