Had been a long term patient of this clinic for over 10 years. After Dr Robert Roth retired, however, Dr Shu-Rong Chang became useless in handling my psoriasis flares. She refused to listen to my symptoms and working with insurance company (and even walked out of my last appointment). I had been treated like a lab rat given subpar medications (while compromising my general health).

I was evaluated by Dr. Sunil Dhawan as my first dermatologist didn’t make sense for me. Dr. Dhawan does both research and clinical care, so unlike many dermatologists, he will take the time to explain the pathophysiology behind one’s condition and outline a plan, not just a temporary solution. As a fellow physician, I have an appreciation for health care professionals who take the time to do more than put a band-aid on a symptom. Thank you, Dr. Dhawan!

Terrible front desk service. Appointment was at 10:15, left on time from Redwood City, seems like US101 was blocked due to an accident on my way leading to 17 mins of delay. I still reach by 10:31. I am told that they will have to reschedule as I am beyond my 15 mins grace period. Refused to accommodate. I even offered to wait it out till it is possible, irrespective of the wait time cz I had to drive 40 mins to reach the center.
