Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI’ve been going to Jay for years and I really like him and what he does. I had a bad experience at a Cost Cutters during my first hair cut and I was scared to cut off more than like 1/4 inch for the longest time because I didn’t trust people to cut my hair in fear of them screwing it up again. The previous lady cut out my natural curl and now it’s a wavy because of it. Fast forward like 2-3 years after I net Jay I trusted him to cut off around 8 inches which is the most I’ve ever got cut off at once to my knowledge. He was the first person since that bad experience that I’ve trusted enough to do that. I’ve finally built up that trust with him that I’ve never had with any beautician like ever. He’s very professional and sweet and he tries to push you push of your comfort zone but in the end it’s your choice on what he does. I’ve been going to Jay for years and I really like him and what he does. I had a bad experience at a Cost Cutters during my first hair cut and I was scared to cut off more than like 1/4 inch for the longest time because I didn’t trust people to cut my hair in fear of them screwing it up again.
