Critical: Quality, ValueHorrible job on my nails. The technician simply does not seem to have an idea about how the materials and process works. Instead of applying a good amount of acrylic paste evenly along my nail, and then shape and buffer accordingly in order to get smooth results, she was basically just dabbing the filling paste on with small touches, totally inconsistently, which creates an uneven shape to begin with. Once the paste was dried, instead of using the filing tool evenly all along and around the nail, she was again dabbing the tool here and there, without any consistency or pattern whatsoever. Then she sends me to wash my hands, and I’m like, are you NOT going to buffer that? I had to buffer them myself because, again, all she was doing was little strokes here and there. The whole time she didn’t had her sight on my nails for more than 15 seconds, she was continuously looking up at whatever other people were doing or talking about.
