So I decided to take the love of my life to the salon to have her hair colored due to the fact I can no longer physically do it for her So I decided well, let’s give this place a try since I saw all the good reviews. This is where everything starts becoming the most unpleasant and absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! First we have a consultation on the 10th Even scheduled myself to get a haircut the same day she is to have her salon day. So the 11th comes, the salon even requested me to bring my love early so we could ensure that they had enough time to finish the process, naturally I agree and bring her in.

I went in for full highlights and root touch up. I am from out of town and had the aveda formula from my stylist. Gave it to Sylvia here and also asked for a FEW lowlights. I walked in golden blonde and left a light brunette!! After 4 hours in the chair! She did not listen to me when I explained how my stylist did my hair. She said “ yes, that’s just stylist’s preference “. And I asked for a trim and she cut over 2 inches off my hair! Not only that she talked about what her next career was going to be since styling was not what she could see herself doing forever!! Ya think!! Very unhappy. I was unable to come in within a week (as the salon policy was told to me) for someone to fix me hair due to my work schedule so I will be paying someone else to fix this mess!!!

I’ve been using Aveda salons for over 15 years. I love them. I’ve never had a problem with any Aveda stylist, anywhere until this salon!! Serious retraining and quality control is needed for hair coloring/cutting and styling at this one!

I appreciate the integrity of the salon when I went for my consult the original person let me know weren’t comfortable and recommended Pizzo. I love the color of my hair she did a great job constantly asking how I was doing. She was very friendly, professional, and I was the focus for the day.
