i first started going to cendelux back in february after my sister turned me onto them. I’ve had such a hard time finding good nail techs in the metro west area, but Lily always does such a phenomenal job. Salon is clean, on time, and extensive polish selection. I wont go anywhere else!

My mom has taken me here many times and although the end result is good the customer service is… questionable. When I went to get my nails done the owner, lily, was very passive aggressive. I wouldn’t say she was rude but she always seemed rushed. I went back because one of my nails had fallen off and I had a party the following weekend, by the time of the appointment two more nails had fallen off. Of corse this was not anticipated but when we walked in we were denied service. Lily said she didn’t have time but the appointment wasn’t even with her! I’d like to talk to the person doing my nails before I hear YOU don’t have time! She also could have suggested only getting a few done which would have been fine. Very rude. Never retuning. Thankfully I found a better salon to go to they are very nice unlike lily and do a fantastic job!

I went there cuz my other salon was out of available spot for me. The place is clean and tidy. Although was disappointed with the gel mani they did for me. I was shocked that it started to chip off in less than a week, which doesn’t happen with me. Not sure if il try them again. May or may not!!

Beautiful new & sanitary place for nails. In same plaza as dunkin donuts on rt 135 in Natick. Very busy on weekends. I would like to see better nail art here as it is more expensive than my usual place that will be moving at end of year. I also did not care for owner telling me that I should not do art on 10 fingers as that is up to the customer, and she can price accordingly. 2 fingers is $7 for very simple art. I may give them another chance. They also tried to talk me into dip rather than acrylic but they do all. My fill w/gel polish and 2 fingers of art came to $50 whereas I pay $43 at my usual place for the same. So it depends on what you are looking for. They do a nice job here in a beautiful space. I went in on a Monday and 3 people were working and had customers. Remember if you cant make an appt. Call them to cancel so another person can get done and these hardworking people dont lose $$. By the way. These employees were not on their phones with personal calls and I know this matters to some people.
