Doc Natalie & her rockstar assistant Dawn are amazing. Seriously I’m nearly 60 but because of Doc’s amazing eye and skillful hand I look 15 years or more younger! You’d never know I’d smoked for over 25 years. I’ve been going to Doc Natalie for about 3 years and she’s literally rolled back time with a touch of Dysport, a couple of threads and some filler. She’s a magician and the needle is her wand!! Beyond being incredibly personable, she makes it clear that her objective is to find out what each patient needs and hopes to achieve from any treatment…a true personal interest in the patient and their expectations, and then she does everything in her power to make those dreams come true. Dr. Goran is the best and I’m a loyal customer for life.

Love Celsia Medi- spa! Dr. Natalie Goran is professional wears gloves, she uses sterile equipment, and always does a great job. Everyone here does a great job. Have been going here for a while for laser hair removal Tx for underarms and bikini area :). It takes about 5 Tx or so. She made her own brand of face wash which is nice and smells good. Dawn is a great professional and knows a lot about skin. They have a nice display of Jane iredale makeup and it’s lovely healthy makeup. The place is decorated super nice. I would recommend!

Dr. Natalie Goran is a genius! I had seen cosmetic surgeons all over the state and was talking to specialists in India for a genetic facial defect. I thought I would try one last local Dr. and scheduled at Celsia – boy am I glad I did! Celsia MediaSpa is BEAUTIFUL, luxurious, relaxing and the staff is fabulous. Dr. Goran listened to my concerns, asked additional questions and provided me a SOLUTION, I’m so happy with the results. You will be very comfortable here and taken care of very well. Dr. Goran and her staff also keep cost in mind, they keep prices reasonable and are cognizant to the fact that prices do matter. If you are considering any medical spa services I strongly encourage you to make an appointment at Celsia MediSpa.

Went in for botox. The doctor did not wear gloves during the procedure. The needles and bottle containing the liquid were on the bare counter. There was no sanitary medical tray. No gloves worn and she touched her phone in the middle of it. Phones are so contaminated with fecal matter. This made me very uncomfortable. Her lack of sanitary is unprofessional and dangerous. I will not be going there again.
