Critical: ProfessionalismUNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT GO HERE! I had 2 terrible experiences at this salon. The first time I went and got a pedicure and gel manicure. I decided to get an additional treatment for my pedicure but I asked beforehand if there would be extra cost, the Technichain said no. Once I got my bill they had charged me additional after they said they wouldn’t. The Technichain said “oh she told you it was extra” they lied right in my face. I gave them one more chance, I called on a Saturday at about 5:15 pm and asked if I could get a gel manicure and pedicure, they told me to come right away specifically by 5:30 pm and they ensured via phone I’d be able to get both services. Once I arrived ON TIME I sat there for 15 minutes then the Technichain decided she would only give me 1 service and in a very nasty tone said “which one do you want” After I rushed to get there by 5:30 they waste my time and deny me the service they promised me. They are extremely unprofessional, I felt a discriminatory tone as well because they were taking other customers after they told me I could only get one service, after they made me rush to the salon, they also use their language barriers to get away with over charging, treating people poorly and giving poor service. I decided to get an additional treatment for my pedicure but I asked beforehand if there would be extra cost, the Technichain said no. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJust got my Mani/Pedi done here for the 1st time and I LOVED It!!! They were very Clean, Sanitary during this Pandemic, Everyone kept their masks on and they offer Hand Sanitizer… Aracelli did a Awesome paint job & they are reasonably priced… She was very friendly and listened to my instructions well on how I wanted my nails filed & anything else… I would definitely recommend and Return! Just got my Mani/Pedi done here for the 1st time and I LOVED It!!! They were very Clean, Sanitary during this Pandemic, Everyone kept their masks on and they offer Hand Sanitizer… Aracelli did a Awesome paint job & they are reasonably priced… She was very friendly and listened to my instructions well on how I wanted my nails filed & anything else… I would definitely recommend and Return!
