Rude and very unprofessional. I understand now the rules in regards to the pandemic have changed but CLEARLY stated in the salon to please wear a mask. The employees were not. The only one who was wearing a mask was the lady who was doing my pedicure. Today the lady behind the desk as well as another employee were chatting away without a mask. As soon as a potential client walked in, she placed a mask on only to remove it as soon as the potential client left. I had a toddler with me and asked why they weren’t wearing a mask. That’s the only reason why I asked and said so. They spoke Spanish to one another and is fine. But for the one that rolled her eyes and said something about it- really? Say it to me and not the way you spoke after. If you want to be spoken about and not care of well-being and comfort, this is your place.

Service could feel a little rushed and rude at times but it’s reasonably priced and they do a good job. I recommend calling in for anything other than pedicures. My pedicure experiences have been the best, it’s always been well done.

Very rushy & rude with me my appointment was at 4pm NO ONE ELSE was in there & there were other manicurists there so there was no need to rush with me also they close at 8 pm so why rush it’s not like they were closing soon. Very unprofessional will not be returning.

I called and made an appointment for 7 o’clock , I arrived there at 7:05, someone walked in the same time I did without an appointment and I was told to wait. Not very professional to say the least. Definitely not very friendly.
