Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI enjoyed a rare self-care day. It was my first time going to a salon in awhile, with the pandemic and all, and I was very satisfied. I got my eyebrows waxed, a mani, and a pedi. I enjoyed a rare self-care day. It was my first time going to a salon in awhile, with the pandemic and all, and I was very satisfied. I got my eyebrows waxed, a mani, and a pedi. Everything turned out great and I loved the ambiance, created by the soft music and staff.

Critical: Quality, ValueThese ladies are very nice. A very clean and welcoming establishment. Unfortunately they fail to communicate the service fee accurately. Perhaps we should have known that there would be an extra charge for this and that but when we asked for the $55 pedicure that’s what we anticipated we would be charged. Would have been nice to know the pedicure went up significantly because of the polish color chosen. I understand paying extra for design but not gel polish. 2 sets of acrylic nails and 2 pedicure…we paid $303.00 this cost doesn’t include tip. The price was much higher than I recall paying before pandemic but that’s not the problem….the problem is 20 minutes after I walked out the door I had lifting. I returned and they fixed it. By the following day I had to glue down all nails. I hadn’t washed a dish or even showered by the time they all popped off like popcorn literally within minutes-hours, not days. Not sure how long I should expect my nails to last but this definitely did not meet the criteria to satisfy . Considering this was also the case with my daughters nails I believe I’m entitled to a refund for the acrylic nails. Perhaps the product went bad during pandemic.I was told “they were applied far too thick causing the lifting.,” Here is a photo…you be the judge.
