Celia’s Hair Works is the definition of a “hidden gem,” and I am so glad to have found it! I recently had my hair cut and highlighted by Abby, and the results were phenomenal! I grew up in this area, so I have been to many hair salons over the years, and most I would never return to for a second appointment. Abby is one of the best stylists I have ever been to, very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft, and I felt like she really listened to me and understood what I was asking for.
