I can only speak nothing but highly about this shop it is my forever go to place! The owner is so inviting and caring she is also an amazing artist I’ve not found anyone in bay county like this place best of bay award deserved honestly and I have to say most places your nails come off or break within two weeks not here I’ve had mine for a month and still beautiful a bit grown out but I still get people asking where did I get them done there beautifully amazing!!!!!

I visited here about two years ago left unhappy and today was my first time attempting to go back for services. BAD DECISION. The owner has such a nasty attitude… loves to go back and forth with clients and that is not good for business. She acts as if she’s providing a free service. If someone comes in to get their nails done please don’t tell them that they don’t need a fill or that nothing is wrong with what they are wearing. I went to a tech and didn’t like the design that she gave me. It looked nothing like the pic I presented so I came here to see if someone could redo the style. The OWNER tells me in a very nonchalant tone “ you have it, What do you want” I showed her the pic and asked if she thought what I received looked like the pic presented and her reply was “similar” Well ma’am I’m not looking for similar I’m paying for what I want and the pic looked nothing like my nails and she knows that. The glitter wasn’t the same nor was the paint. lf I come in to have my nails repainted, it’s a yes you can or no you can’t. Simple. This isn’t the first time she’s turned down clients. Once I went in to get a fill and she told me it wasn’t time and to come back in one week. LOL is this free or am I a paying customer? Definitely my last time coming to this place!

I didn’t get my technician’s name (so sorry), but I’m assuming she is the owner (maybe), she was nice enough to keep the shop open for me after hours (even though her previous appt. cancelled). She did a great job on my lashes & even waxed my eyebrows for me. I’m just visiting the area so I’m not here all the time, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back & would go again when/if in the area.

My technician didn’t know how to remove gel polish. I was tempted to leave midway through but she was a sweetheart so I stayed. None of the other employees would help her. They were on their phones and doing their own nails. Not a good experience. Do not go here if you need gel polish removed. Gel manicures

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey kicked my daughter out half way of getting her nails done b/c my 1 month old grandson started crying & she asked to take a break to make him a bottle & the owner came up to her & said that they couldn’t have that in there & made her leave! Very unprofessional! So heartless to a new mother as well. The owner must not have children or must not tend to her own children! They should have a sign saying no children allowed if they don’t want children in there! & if you were a customer in the salon while this happened to my daughter, you should’ve walked out as well! Went last night to get strip eyelashes. Was charged $15 for them to start coming up in the corners and coming off that SAME night so I ended up having to take them off. Definitely not worth the $15. Eyelash extensions

Worst waxing experience ever! I’ve gotten many Brazilian waxes done before so I knew what pain to expect but it was extremely painful, she made me bleed/bruise alll over and left a bunch of leftover wax that stuck to everything and I had to take off myself!
