Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here a handful of times before and never had a problem, but today was a not a good experience at all unfortunately.I made an appointment online to be with Kelvin because I read great reviews about him. When I got there they put me with another nail tech. At first, I was okay with trying someone else, but 5 minutes into the manicure, the tech cut my cuticle with the cuticle cutters and my finger started to bleed. She did apologize so again I let that pass. But then as she was putting the tools to the side to start painting my nails, I noticed two of the tools that were supposedly sanitized had rust on them and now I’m hoping I don’t get an Infection from the cut I had gotten.During the application of the gel polish, another tech kept coming over and hovering and seemed to be rushing my tech to the next client. Which I’m assuming is the reason for the horrible application of the gel polish to my nails. The gel polish is on my skin around my nails, so it was not a clean manicure and parts of my nails are missing polish. I had never been here but it’s super convenient to where I live, it has great reviews and is very clean so I decided to book an appointment. I specifically made an actual appointment rather than walk in because I was working around other appointments. I waited 20 minutes and still had not been seen. I was going to ask the person at the front desk how much longer but no one was there so I left. When will this stop being a common practice for nail salons to take an appointment and not honor it?

Came for the grand opening the other day. They had a beautiful table of catered food. The decorations and the interior of the spa were beautiful. I never actually got my free pedicure because they had no system for taking the 1st people who were in line. It was pretty much a free-for-all. Luckily they handed out certificates so I opted to just take one of those and I will come back at a later date. The only thing I can say negatively is they have a bench for pedicures and not a comfy massage chair. Otherwise everyone was extremely friendly and the place looked very clean and up-to-date.

I followed the owner from Mount Dora, Florida. Her quality is always 100%. I arrived after a two hour drive and was blown away by how nice the salon is. It’s sleek, modern, and has so much taste. The salon is also VERY clean. The music is subtle as well. Quality of my nails is amazing, lasts 3-4 weeks. And she can do simple art as well as intricate. Good prices for such good quality.
