Critical: QualityI received a lash lift and tint from this business a couple weeks ago. It was my first time getting a lash lift and tint and it took about an hour. During that time I couldn’t open my eyes, and the woman doing the service barely said anything and only told me what she was doing once. After the service was completed I paid and left, upon a closer look I noticed that she had missed the tips of my eyelashes and some of my bottom lashes. I went back in again to get them fixed in order to receive what I payed for. As well they seem to have lost some of their lift and tint in this short amount of time. The staff here are so nice and friendly. Aruna asked first how I wanted my eyebrows and what shape. She did a really great job tinting them as well. She explained everything she was doing so I knew what was going on. I would highly r. Highly recommend this salon if you need a really good threading. Will definitely be a returning customer.
