Everyone is very professional and make you feel welcomed. KB cut my son’s hair today, he made sure it was exactly how I wanted it done and he was also making conversation with my son! I made an appointment to get my 5 year old son’s haircut by Alex. My son hadn’t had a haircut in a while and he can get anxious after sitting for more than a few minutes. Not only do I love my son’s haircut but Alex was extremely welcoming and very patient with him. We will definitely be returning. The shop is also very clean and comfortable. Super disappointed by stylist. Shop is really nice and everyone is pretty cool on barber side. BUT I’ve been before to get my locs done by Iyanna and she did a fire job. Booked again online and she never showed up and never responded to my messages when trying to reach out. Still haven’t heard from her. Made an early appointment and called out of work to get services, just to be ghosted. Super unprofessional. The work is good but the customer services is horrible.

Don’t go to this place unless you know the barbers personally because if not they make you wait and take their friends first then when you get in the chair they cut your hair half way and then charge you $50.. not family friendly either drinking alcohol in the shop like if it’s a bar.. terrible place will never go there again
