Positive: CleanlinessI signed up for a tanning package two days ago at the Bell Rd location and was met by a very rude employee. She did not offer any real help in choosing the right package for me or really what the packages include. She seemed annoyed the entire interaction. I ended up signing up, tanning, and then left without as much as a “have a nice day,” or “thanks for coming in.” Definitely not the impression to be left on someone wanting to patron your business. I returned today for another tanning session and what a difference! The employee at the counter was SO sweet! She seemed genuinely happy to help, fixed some account information errors the previous employee filled incorrectly, recommended which bed to use for my needs, and even explained the benefits of the different lotions they sell. Another customer come in as we were discussing how to maximize my tan, and this employee greeted the customer by name, knew which bed she was there to use, and told her to head back to the cleaned room, all without looking at the computer or taking away from our conversation. She seems to really take the time to know her customers and make sure they have a great experience. Thank you for all of your help, Hannah! I signed up for a tanning package two days ago at the Bell Rd location and was met by a very rude employee. She did not offer any real help in choosing the right package for me or really what the packages include. She seemed annoyed the entire interaction. Great salon, clean and friendly. Alexis is the Regional Manager there and when I see her it is is such a pleasant way to end my work day. She is very curious and knowledgeable about skin and products!!! She explained to me about how the skin and UV rays work as well as which products would work best for me. (She went to school for skincare)

All location and have pleasant, professional employees. It’s always very welcoming and enjoyable to visit! My favorite locations are: camelback in collonade ( super classy) happy valley and 99 ave ( friendly!) And Bell and 64 ave ( convenient and professional!) I get compliments on my tan! I use the versa spray.
