Employees are very helpful and very sweet, not rude or stuck up like employees I’ve encountered at other tanning salons. The beds are so high-tech and fun and I’ve never been in a bed that actually keeps you cool, love the body misters they have in the beds. Wonderful staff !! They were so kind and great , I love going to this location. You always see the lovely girls actually working and cleaning and doing their job. The tanning beds are actually cleaned after each use also unlike some other locations which is VERY IMPORTANT because it’s very easy to get a skin infection like athletes foot from so many people’s sweat and lotion being on the beds if they are not cleaned properly. If you have a tanning membership here I highly recommend going to this location.

Everything was fine until I wanted to cancel my account. I was talked into putting my account on hold for the summer months without being charged. The following month after checking bank statements I noticed they continued to take out half of what I was originally charged. I spoke to the same staff member who told me the month prior there would be NO charges and she stated it was part of my account being on hold and there was nothing she could do about it. She stated that if I cancel I would be charged again due to me having to give 30 days notice. She was extremely rude. They will say anything to get you to stay and have HIDDEN fees.

Just moved to the tempe area and needed to find a tanning salon I went to so many different places and for some odd reason I finally decided to go to Celebrity tanning. So I went and right when i walked in a knew this was the one. Megan was the one who helped me out and she was just absolutely amazing. She showed me around and was so nice & cheerful. I bought my package and a bottle the same day and from this point on I’m still going there and I love it. Thank you guys for being so amazing!!!

The staff are great, helpful and kind all have beautiful smiles, and have good knowledge of products that are available, the salon is always clean, I’ve never had to wait for a bed. I started with a basic membership, and had to upgrade after trying the platinum bed.
