Love this place, I have been tanning here for 4 years now. The staff is always super friendly, they have all levels of beds. If you are a person who likes high pressure beds they do have a good selection but my fav one always seems to shut off in the middle of a tan, they really need to replace room 9s bed. I also think they could upgrade to another high pressure bed.

I drove 30min to make it to this salon because they are open the latest just to be told that since it was 8:58 I didn’t have time to tan. Aren’t the business hours 9-9 I’ve been tanning here for almost 2 years and have never felt as much disappointment as I feel right now. Thanks a lot I’ll be canceling my membership tomorrow Tanning

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI come here all the time because the service is so awesome! Every time I come in I get a warm welcome from Kate and the other girls. They always remember my name and have me in and out of there without waiting to long! Prices are great and its close to so many extras, like AMC and some restaurants. Highly recommended!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad a horrible experience with this salon. The girl at the counter was rude and not helpful at all. I had purchased suntan goggles from them and they were defected so I explained there was a HUGE amount of light coming in and I was worried for my eyes. She told me that’s how they all are and I could purchase a different pair on amazon, instead of exchanging my pair which obviously wasn’t working. Then I asked to be in the bed for 12 minutes and she put me in for 8. I came out and told her it only went for 8 mins and she told me the beds sometimes do that. She never even offered to let me go in the remainder of the time. If I am paying $70 a month I want to go the full time. Overall the experience was horrible. I even called and left a message with corporate explaining my experience and no one called me back. I would not recommended this location. I also want to note the greenfield location replaced my glasses immediately and agreed they were not right.Service: TanningHad a horrible experience with this salon. I had purchased suntan goggles from them and they were defected so I explained there was a HUGE amount of light coming in and I was worried for my eyes. Like the tanning, but good luck cancelling your monthly renewal. It’s like a mystery of how to do it, nobody knows, they tell you it can be cancelled and when to cancel, but nobody knows how to cancel it. Nice tactic to keep the money rolling in. I’m just going to cancel my card and get a new one I guess (for the 2nd time). Corporate doesn’t answer either, sooo…..

It’s a shame this is the only place to tan around here. I would go somewhere else if I had a choice. The staff is always nice, but the cleanliness has really gone downhill. At least it’s cleaner than the one on higley!
