I loved celebrity tanning when I lived in Arizona about two years ago. however I am extremely frustrated with the paperwork side of their business. It seems fraudulent. I cancelled my pass over a year ago and am still getting charged. Every time I call no one is able to help me and I hear something new every time. Their customer service phone number rings and hangs up. They have cost me over $250 in the time I thought my pass was cancelled and the few times I had cancelled it since then. I have not been able to get through to anyone that can help me.

Which was insane. So we went to this on Happy Valley and 35th ave location and Madi was AWESOME!! Gave us all the details and covered everything so there wasn’t any surprises. Madi is why we chose to come here and will continue to come here. I love Celebrity – I did have an issue with a duplicate account. I asked for a Manager to contact me and no one ever did. I’m so glad I was patient and never got too upset because it turned out they just didn’t have a correct phone number for me. When we figured this out and I spoke to Natalie she was just as sweet as the Gals who work the salons. She went above and beyond my expectations in fixing the account issue.

This place is awful! I love celebrity tanning and have been going to there locations for years and I will never visit this location again. I went in to tan and this location only has one diamond level bed. The bed was being used so the girl told me they had another one, it just was finicky with starting but it’s was the same thing. So trusting her I chose to use it. BIGGEST mistake. The girl they have working there totally lied. It was a completely different bed with a 12 min max instead of 10. Had no where to plug in your phone to listen to music like the normal one does. And only had fans not cool air like the one I pay 69.99 a month to use. On top of all that the top was so hard to shut I missed 2 minutes of my tan, broke a nail, and scraped my ankle trying to get it shut. This was seriously such an awful experience and it makes me not want to even go to celebrity tanning ever again.

Beautiful Salon with the best prices… They have UV beds but I love their spray booth. I’ve tried other spray tan booths but this is the newest one on the market. It has a heater and a dryer with different levels of color to choose from. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful too.
