I’ve had a membership for years now. I used to frequent the old town location but after moving I started visiting the greenway location. This location isn’t as nice, the girls never remember peoples names and it’s not as clean, but I never minded too much. Until today when I had a horrible experience. The bed had not been cleaned after the last customer and I didn’t realize until AFTER I was already laying in the bed. When I told the girl working she just said “that’s weird” and tried to blame someone else. After long awkward silence she finally says “well thanks for letting me know”. She didn’t apologize. To me, the most important part of the experience is cleanliness. Getting into a dirty bed is unacceptable.

This is hands down the cleanest and most empty location.i hardly ever come across other people here. The the greatest part is the staff as usual they have hired people who know what they are doing. The staff is expertly trained on and how to instruct to receiving the best tan whether it be bed tanning or a spray tan and certainly employees with great retail skills have been hired to make the business operate smoothly

Today Elena and Riley helped me SO MUCH. i came to get a tan after work with full makeup on, and as we all know you can’t tan with makeup on. I was about to leave when they pulled out some makeup wipes and saved my trip home and back. I appreciated that a lot and they were so so so sweet about it. ALSO they helped me figure out my account in like a minute which never happens with subscriptions lol
