If I could choose less than one star, I would. Went in for a silk press, left looking like hair had only been blown dry. Jasmine is not good with Natural hair. She got extremely overwhelmed and decided to just cut off a bunch of hair to make it easier for herself. Hair was below the bra line and now barely reaches shoulders. Be cautious.
