My experience was great! I came in with a bad cut, and color from another salon. I walked out with a beautiful color so vibrant, and shinny. The cut was great, and my stylist Megan is a hair genus, and she has also done hair for some stars who have come to Cleveland to shoot movies. This place has very nice employees who greet you with great smiles, and are very friendly.

I came here about a year ago not knowing what kind of possibilities there were for my hair, and that all changed the second I met Megan. I now know that I can pull off vibrant reds and purples then go straight to ashy blonde with lilac highlights thrown in. Very poor experience, I had bad experiences two times with stylists other than Megan, the first time the stylist didn’t really listen to what I wanted and messed up the edges of the back of my hair, the second time was the worst! I explained how I wanted the cut yet they didn’t want to listen and messed up the edges again, they did not do straight edges like I asked and I kept explaining it and im not sure as to how much clearer I could have made it, then they kept styling it in a way I really did not like, afterwards they did not split the tip correctly and took the whole ten versus part of it, then finally when I went to look at the back of my hair there are patches missing! I called to tell them and they denied it cause they used the clippers even though I still had a piece missing from the back they still denied it offering to fix it yet the only way to fix it would be to shave it very short, if Megan is still there definetally go see her she is very very good at what she does and actually listens to the customer all in all go to Megan if you can
