Celebrity Status Hair Studio

Critical: ProfessionalismWe were scheduled today at 1pm by @TeeSharnese which was rescheduled to 3pm. We called to let her know we were 20 mins late due to traffic we apologized and she said it was “ok no problem” She was supposed to service my entire family but upon our arrival at 3:19pm she says she cannot do our hair because we were late. I even asked if she can get two heads done and she began to say that I should have been on time and that she was doing ME a favor by coming in on her off day ( we never asked her to do that) This was supposed to be our 2nd appointment this month because we booked her on the 7th and she attempted to cancel the morning of but because I was already on my way she came but was 35mins or more LATE because it was raining, we patiently waited and understood. This woman has no integrity because she knows we live 45mins away and waited for us to arrive to cancel and she seems to have no sound work ethic losing $400+ this evening because she can’t be 20mins late to “bible study”. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKendall is an amazing stylist and business owner. She was timely and professional. The shop is tastefully appointed and spotless. I would recommend Kendall to anyone that desires a celebrity status experience.
