Very very UNPROFESSIONAL!! And don’t know what they are doing! I went to get my son his hair cut try it out see what they offer. My son left crying horrible hair cut. He doesn’t know how to cut hair! Which my son loves getting hair cuts. I went in respectful talked to the owner didn’t even let me talk or listen to what I have to say, him as the owner he should listen to his customers. The owner got offended and went off on me. I don’t recommend at all!!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe guy who owns the place and is in there most of the time is extremely rude. My boyfriend asked him when the next available appointment would be and he told him “Can’t you see I’m cutting someone’s hair”. My boyfriend and I just wanted to know if we had some time to stop at stores before he would be ready. This isn’t the first bad experience with him either. He also used a blade that was way too sharp to do my boyfriends face and neck and ended up cutting him a bunch. The guy who owns the place and is in there most of the time is extremely rude. My boyfriend asked him when the next available appointment would be and he told him “Can’t you see I’m cutting someone’s hair”. My boyfriend and I just wanted to know if we had some time to stop at stores before he would be ready. This isn’t the first bad experience with him either. Walked in to get my ends clipped and I specifically told the young lady I only wanted my ENDS clipped after she finished from what I could tell it looked fine only for me to get home and whatever she did ruined my hair it won’t stop shedding and is always frizzy I did NOT have this issue prior to getting my ends clipped I asked for a simple trim (routine management)and she said she was using texturizing scissors I told her it looked like she was cutting too much hair she said “it looks like more than it actually is”, but point being I asked for my ends to be clipped I did not ask for no fancy scissors and to top it off a simple trim cost me $30.00 i didn’t ask her name but she looked Hispanic and had a lot of tattoos I’ll be reporting this to the BBB because she obviously shouldn’t be cutting hair if she doesn’t know what she’s doing when a customer asks for something specific give them what they ask for not what you think they should have she cut at least 4 to 5 inches off my hair when she herself said my ends were not bad… definitely would not recommend this salon and it’s ridiculously over priced especially for someone who apparently doesn’t know what they’re doing

The workers, and owner of celebrity status are HIGHLY unprofessional! They are rude to not just customers but from what we seen they are rude to other workers in the mall. This type of establishment gives a bad name to hard working small businesses and they should be ashamed.

My fiancé got the best haircut hes ever gotten here. We did a walk in on Sunday, September 7th around 5PM. He was hesitant to try, but we decided to give it a go since no one ever cuts his hair good. Well, needless to say the young man who cut my fiancé’s hair did an amazing job. He took his time and gave him a very well blended fade. Seems like you have to make sure you go to the right barber at this shop. Unfortunately, my fiancé didn’t get the barber’s name, but we will come back for him next time!

Critical: QualityMy niece took my 12yr old nephew for a haircut after being cooped up during the virus so it was pretty long. Needless to saw he should of waited a little longer. His cut was not a good one. The cutter was always asked someone else for advice , didn’t pick it out to see how it looked so they couldn’t tell till they got home and washed and picked it out. Looks like he put a bowl on a angle and cut around. On top of that their webpage said 10 for kids and they charged 25. When I called a different location to ask pricing they said that is a old page and needed to update that kids were 20, so she still got overcharged. I showed him the picture and asked the cost and price and he said he would leave it exactly how in the picture. He told me only $100 so i thought “ok good deal”. It took one hour and he told me i was done and all he did was bleach my hair, he didnt put the colouring i asked for and he left it patchy. He still made me pay the $100 although i couldve gone elswhere to bleach for cheaper. He also did not use gloves or a mask although the mask was required to be in the salon.
