I have been going to this salon for the last 2 years, I’ve seen 3 stylists, and I’ve never ONCE been unsatisfied. They have all been thorough, sweet, attentive and professional. My hair always looks amazing and I always leave feeling so confident. They always manage to work with my schedule and constantly changing availability, and my incessant reschedules. Without ever making me feel bad about it.

I didn’t end up with what I wanted after coming in to one stylist for highlights and a cut. The angled bob i asked for was all one length and bleach had been left on parts of my hair for 2 whole hours, resulting in breakages. I called the store and Laura was quick to reach out and addressed my concerns. I came back in to see Lindsay and she did a fabulous job getting me what I actually wanted all along. Great experience.

Don’t ever go here. I’m new in town and decided to give them a try after seeing they have 4.5 stars. They messed my hair up in every way possible and I’m too embarrassed to leave the house. My blonde bangs are now WHITE and have red from my hair in them. I asked for a natural red color, and I got DARK almost brown red. Supposed to go see family but I’ll be trying to fix it at home before leaving the house again. Tried to tell Cheyenne that I didn’t like it and she tried to say that it would turn out how I liked it after some washes. It won’t. Went to Sally’s to get color removal because I HATE what they did, and the employee there said that she has heard other horror stories about this place. Spent 2 hours and $200 here and can’t even get a refund after they did it wrong- just said they would have someone else fix it, as if I would trust anyone there once hearing they already have a reputation for messing up hair. Now I will have to pay someone else to do it, and go through unnecessary damage to my hair because instead of lightening my roots, she made the color dark enough to cover them. Instead of listening to the customer about what they want. Never again.

the front desk person on sunday nov 20 2022 person was rude condescending speaking with disrespect the owner has no care about customer she back up her employee at front desk “things happens” that the answer if yiu are a family person that have children that could become sick don’t dare cancel cause they don’t care they think they can speak to you in any tone and think it’s ok . Owner need to get a check on who she hires

I have been going to see Becky Richards @ Celebrity Spa for over 4 years. She makes you comfortable and easy to chat with, super down to earth. I have had amazing experiences with different cuts, tried different colors and highlights. they all turned out beautiful every time. She’s never pushy with buying products at the salon. And she is easy to book with. Love my hairstylist Becky!

My girlfriend and I needed to get our eyebrows done ASAP before a big event. Thankfully, Emily H was able to see us and she did an extraordinary job waxing our eyebrows. She was so kind and made sure the process was as painless as possible and also provided excellent service to make us feel home and welcomed. I have STRUGGLED finding and keeping a hairstylist in BCS, but not anymore thanks to Linda the Blenda I was paired with Linda by the salon based on my needs. I came to Linda unhappy with my hair situation and she treated me like a work of art.
