When I moved to Deerfield I was on the hunt for a new nail tech. I found this place on Google and made my first appointment with Mindy and the rest is history. Very clean environment. My tech does everything from brows to pedicures. They offer multiple types of spa pedis that are cool/relaxing and great for your feet.

Mani and pedi last night and they look no different from when I went in. I am incredibly disappointed with almost everything – cuticles, filing, polish. She filed my nails down to nothing; didn’t ask for that! My toes look like I haven’t had a pedicure in a month. Total waste of money, not going back. Looks like I did it myself – nope, I could have done better!

it was terrible i go in and i show them a picture of an acrylic french set the lady said she could do it so she started doing my nails. the nails were thick ,uneven ,different shapes, different lengths and over all just terrible. she starts painting them with gel polish and i told her i wanted a pink base for the french and she used tan instead. then i told them i wasn’t happy with the nails and i prefer they just take them off (yes that’s how bad they were) and i told them i would still pay for them. they made me put my hands in a bowl of acetone and then the lady began trying to peel it off . it was pain full and my nails and skin were so dry from the acetone. she the. said that the acrylic is too thick so she wouldn’t be able to take it off. i the. asked for a refund because how are you not able to take off your own acrylic. the nail techs here are poorly trained and extremely unprofessional.

Received the worst French mani pedi I have ever seen in my life. I came in at 7:15, 15 minutes before closing, and asked if they were still taking walk ins since I know a lot of salons will continue working til the last person comes in before closing. I asked if they truly minded because if not I could come back. They decided to have me get both done at the same time, which I’ve had done before so I said okay. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes and my manicure was awful. The lady kept messing up the white part, wiping it off with an acetone soaked brush, applying more white, wiping it off, and did that over and over again until the white was just so thick, uneven, and sloppy. Then didn’t even wait for the white to dry before applying the pink polish. Messed up the white on a nail completely, mixing the white into the pink, then proceeded to wipe off only the pink and repaint the pink, followed by yet another layer of clear coat. That finger is completely bumpy and thick and uneven. And all the other nails looked almost as bad as that one. Not only that but they kept trying to get me to do gel, and hassled me into paying and tipping before they started painting my nails, claiming they didn’t want me to mess up my nails afterwards. So I did it. And apparently they stopped caring after they got paid which resulted in my awful mani pedi. I had to go home and fix it all myself to make it look HALFWAY decent for my event tomorrow. These women clearly don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care. I will never return and I honestly should have asked for a refund because $52 plus a $15 tip was NOT worth paying for what I got. I’m beyond upset and recommend everyone heed all the other 1 star reviews including mine and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Inexperienced rude techs and poor quality nail powder. The 3 techs are old and don’t seem to have experience working with long natural nails, Nexgen powder or a shape other than square. The one working on my nails kept forgetting what step she was on, and I had to remind her several times. I also had to file my own nails because she didnt know how to file them. The quality of the dip was so poor that I broke my nail opening the door. When I asked if I could have it fixed they said I’d have to wait another hour or come back the following day. I will not return and recommend you stay away, if you are considering this place. I understood that it was under different management before, it may have been good back then, but definitely not worth.

I came in with a friend and they did a very bad job on a basic manicure. At least for a 16 dollar regular manicure you’d think they do a nice job. Nope. Didnt even put moisterizer. Don’t recommend. There’s cheaper places that do a way better job. My friend got a 38 dollar powder and her nails are each a different length.

I wished I read the reviews before I walk in to this stablisment. A first everything was normal, than the technician told me that the gel nail was 30 for pedicure and 48 for manicure. I thought it was a bit pricey but I was already there so i decided to go ahead. she gave me some colors to choose from but I already had my mind set on black nail color, she looked at me like the color was not a good choice, I never encountered any nail technician showed me dislike for the color i picked.She did the pedicure first, she didn’t really cut the cuticle that much, i haven’t had pedicure for a while and i was sure that I need more work, it felt rushed. After that she started doing my manicure, she filed my nail very sloppy, and it was unevenly. The used old nail polish because It was very thick. when she’s done. I paid left her a tip and left, when I went outside and I noticed my nails looked horrible.

It doesn’t matter what time you go, even if you’re the only one waiting, you WILL wait 45 mins or more… and to top it off the prices are just ridiculous. $78 for a GEL mani and pedi is absolutely insane. I could go to a private salon suit for those prices. And if you’re expecting professional work, please look elsewhere. My nails came out so wonky and uneven, I had to fix them myself when I got home. Never again. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
