If you look at the response for the owner to my first review. Notice there is no apology about not receiving my hair since February 2021. Anyone that cannot receive their products regardless, if it is on the owners suppliers end would be upset after 6 months. Even as she states, that I should have received it, I never did. I contacted my attorney to see my rights, as I have never had to pay over $3000 since February, on hair and products, then order another custom hair system, only to not receive the product period. I don’t go around bashing clients, not my style. However, I also do not appreciate when a person does not keep their promises, but continue to blame everyone around them. Over 4-5 months is unacceptable when you have lost your hair from an illness. Ms. Carey cannot be in business if hair systems that only last 3 months tops (human hair) and around $1500 for a short piece is very expensive, then to go without it (and now not have hair) for another 2 months is not acceptable period. I am not going to continue the dialog. I never got my custom piece and the other two were not acceptable. One was a sample mens toupee she charged me $600 for (after she put it on my head) of course I was happy until I went to the register and she charged me that much for a used mens piece, and the other was so curly I looked like a poodle (and it was after she put the pink color in) she noticed the piece was so curly too. She told me it was custom, (and of course was straight until she washed it) so nothing she could do, so she would have to order another. And this is the piece I have been waiting for, but never received. I will not be the only one that will get tired of blaming the supplier and not taking responsibility that is is an unacceptable time and she has never contacted me by phone or email to let me know any follow up period.

I’ll keep this short. I first went to Bergin in February of 2021. (I lost hair due to illness). she said I happen to have a piece in the back (it was a mens toupee). However, when you go from having nothing to someone offering you a chance to look normal, I said sure. I should have asked the price, but at check out, (that used sample) she charged me over $600!

They seem to really care about what you are looking for and accommodating the look you want. Great vibe when you walk in and the owners are really nice. The people really listen to what you want and work well with you, especially the owner. Highly recommend this place for both men and woman as both my husband and i have visited this place frequently for maintenance on our hair.
