Rhea Bianco has been doing my hair extensions since I was 21 and doing my hair in general since I was a little girl. I love the environment she’s created over the years, I feel like I’m hanging out with a girlfriend when I get my hair done because I am. She’s so fun to spend a few hours with and I love the customer service she always provides. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable, and provides a private environment for sensitive hair loss guests. I will never go anywhere else for my hair loss needs. Called ahead of time to make an appointment and no answer. Decided to make a trip out there and the owner was completely rude. Could tell she was really annoyed that I showed up with no appointment. I just wanted to ask a few questions to see if she has the services I’m looking for, something i would’ve asked over the phone if she would’ve answered. She gave me a quote for a gray topper hair piece with texture to be about $2000 which sounds over exaggerated compared to other quotes I’ve gotten recently. Lastly as soon as I walked out she closed the door behind me and then rudely dropped the blinds. Never coming back.
