I’ve had an athletic sports massage with Eugene; He’s very smart with bodywork.

Ever since the change in ownership, the company has been a disaster and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone or in person. Calls and emails go unanswered and the building is locked up when we’ve stopped by during posted business hours. The new “points” system is a rip-off, as we never seem to have the amount of points we should. Our last three appointments were cancelled last minute, and all of the therapists we love are no longer working there. My husband cancelled our membership two months ago, but our credit card is still being charged. We will be disputing charges with our credit card company, notifying the BBB, and taking our business elsewhere.

Been coming here for the last two years. Found them due to moving from Seattle to South Seattle. I was pregnant at the time and I was really needing some relaxation. Two years later, I still come here. All the therapists I’ve had are wonderful. I’ve had Kimball and Cindy from this new line of therapists and before that, I had Jesse and Cynthia. Cindy is definitely my new favorite. She found my knots and I feel like a I have a new neck and shoulders.. Lol! Thank you Celebration Massage!

Wife bought me a 90-minute massage giftcard for Father’s Day and finally booked mine in early August, which had an over 2 month wait for the day/time I wanted (early November). 2 weeks before the massage date I get a message their business is closed permanently. I tried multiple times to reach out about getting my wife a refund, but I guess we’re stuck since it’s a giftcard and now they got their money without rendering any services.

Never feel so relaxed. I had 90 minutes massage with hot stone with Cyndi it was the best I even fall a sleep 10minute nap afterwards I really recommend her she’s the best. Muscles feel so much better. Really excellent massage as always – really helps relieve the pains and stresses working at a desk and exercising.

The prior massage company was called La Vida and they ran a pretty good business. Good therapists etc.

Eugene’s massage skills are great!Eugene is a specialist in sports athletic massage / back /joint injuries really talented with fascia self-proclaimed “fascia fanatic” similar to reflexology, focusing on energy flow of the meridians and he’s also studying kinesiology. He’s super intuitive and has intricate massage work,It’s like he was painting with his fingers and stretching and doing acupressure at the same time.I’ve experienced massages all over the world and I can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything like it. I loved it!

Answer the flipping phone! It is not that hard. Please do not write an apology at the end of my review either, I do not care about apologies. I either want to use my massages (which I have several), or I want a refund. As a manager/owner you should be there helping and answering phones if you do not have enough staff. I’m very disappointed in the new owner and this is exactly why I did not give my credit card number when they called at the time the new owner took over. I knew it was going to be a disaster. Funny how that’s the only time I received a call…to get my money. Way to take a successful business and run it into the ground.

Should be no star option for this business. Go elsewhere. Most if not all therapists have left since new owner took over. Few new therapists have limited schedules. Appointments are canceled last minute. Owner refuses to return points/gift card balance on account. Claims with Better Business Bureau & Attorney General.
