I’ve been there three times. The first time, a lady did my refill and it was amazing! The next two times the guy at the first chair did my nails. He is so aggressive, I literally had to dip my fingers in ice when I got home. I had cuts and burns on my fingers from the drill. It also takes him an hour and a half for a refill. I don’t recommend.

The service was disappointing to say the least. Have gone on multiple occasions and depending on which staff member waits on you makes a huge difference. As of late, (after giving them my business for almost the last year) was greatly very rudely, experience was rushed, and nails did not look good! It’s time for a new place!

When I went in everything was good and I came in with my boyfriend he got his feet done and I got my nails and feet done, all together 3 people was doing it and my boyfriend gave the tip and I paid for everything the lady that told me that was doing my nails for me and my boyfriend all together was $50 because the last lady said “I am not going to charge you for your nails” I said thank you. So when I paid we both left and another lady said we own extra $25……..This place is very unprofessional why you have three people doing only people and turn around and say we own more….Get your stuff right and be professionals for once. At once I like this place but I do not no more.

So. Yesterday I go and get my nails done. I walk into the salon at 5:40 pm. Salon closes at 7:30 pm. I asked for a pedicure & a color change for my SNS Powder on my nails. I get a man; whom I’ve NEVER seen work there before. I thought he was just going to remove my SNS to prep me for the nail techs that I normally see revolving to do nails. Still didn’t get any prep for a pedicure. So as this older gentleman is doing my nails, the vibe just feels off. He’s actually proceeding to do my SNS color change. I decided to give him a chance instead of making a big fuss about it. While doing it, he skipped an entire step that I had to REMIND him to do because he was messing up the entire color change. Well he finishes the color change. Nails are totally uneven, color tones are completely different, AND not to mention I have some nicks in my cuticles. AND I DID NOT EVEN GET A PEDICURE! So once I’m done drying I ask to speak to the owner of the business. I explain that I come every two weeks and I’ve never had a problem with people prior doing my nails. I explained what happened with the person I was given, and how he didn’t know how to do the service I asked for. The lady told me she would give me $5.00 off. Ummm no, that’s not acceptable. The service fee is usually $30, I’m not paying $25 for a service that was HALF DONE. So while I’m speaking to her, she literally looks away from me AND PROCEEDS TO TALK TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. And takes a payment from her. Like blatant disrespect. Now I could have resorted to my old ways, cursed her out. I could have just walked out, but I didn’t do that either. I PATIENTLY waited for her to finish. She turns back to me with an attitude and says so how much you wanna pay. I told her that I would pay $15 for the half decent job I received. She didn’t apologize. She didn’t try to make it right. It was made to seem like I was some type of burden or causing a problem when I wasn’t.
