I went there today for a pedicure, the salon was clean and tidy. The woman that did my toes cut my nails so short 2 of them bled. She then cut the side of my foot, again bleeding, with the pumice scrubber. The polish was applied by another person as she watched, but it burned on the toes.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Service was rushed and awful. They did not do a good job, and the lady was very rude to me and my husband. We did not get good services. The front desk lady are very rude to us, even though we are arrive early. (Obviously, they are not busy, also has three workers sit there to chat).She said : “ u guys have to wait until you appointment time to start .”. I ask why: “ u guys not busy now, why we cannot get start it.” She said, no reason, u have to wait. After that, the front desk lady let us to sit on pedicure chair till 15 minutes to start. She let us feet soak into the cold water. When my husband ask for little bit warm. She put extremely hot in the tub. Why, because we came early, because we have more question to ask. When I try to ask the manager ( I think the front desk lady is the manager in there). She is ignore me, then go to the room inside. So rude. This is us third time to visit. See my toes in the picture. I am very upset. My toes never like the picture before. Extremely worse than ever. Thanks for nothing, never coming back. I write the review to let public know. Google do not delete me. If you guys do it. I will keep writing. Question: is the business pay you guys do not publish the bad review?

I’ve been trying this place from time to time in a hope of getting a good service, but every time I leave it disappointed. Their service is extremely hectic. First they make you sit and wait for a long time, then they provide a rushed service. It seems a normal practice here for a manicurist who starts working on your nails to move to another customer leaving you to someone else to finish. Sometimes three different people do work for one customer: one starts, second continues and the third one finishes. It creates an impression that customers are on a conveyor belt there. And you’d better like everything they do or you’ll get a bunch of attitude from the owner who runs the shop. This business is far from creating a pleasant experience for a customer who is looking for a high quality service. It’s too bad – I am all for support of small local businesses. I was very upset in this place. I was bring my daughter is here to get gel nail. They are not only hurt her nail,but also doing her nail so rush. I was pay the full price to get my daughter’s nail done. It doesn’t seem like that worth. My daughter immediately cry after we leave that place. Terrible service, bad attitude, less patient and no customer service at all. Why they can get such like that score in google? It is so wired.

Went for a pedicure and paid crazy money for two people for a 30 minute pedicure and 2 minute massage. The pedicure was not done right. I still had callus on my feet and my toes were overpainted. I expressed multiple times i wanted a refund to go elsewhere. First time there, probably never going back. Highly recommend hoing somewhere else!

I have been going here since I was a little girl. Lately, I’ve been exploring other nail spas because it seems like some of the staff is either rushed or does not want to be there. It’s not the best mani pedi in the area anymore unfortunately. It’s still very clean in there. But you have to be really patient to sit there and get your nails done now. The person who starts your nails will most likely not finish them even if you made an appointment.

I had a pedicure and the staff was very nice and professional. That being said the place is filthy! The plexiglass between the technician and guests was disgusting! It looked like it had never been cleaned or hadn’t been for some time! And the tools used to clean my toenails was in that disgusting “blue sanitizer”, everyone knows the tools should be in plastic showing it had been sanitized properly. Nasty. I was in a rush and went through with the pedicure howeriwill never go back! Gross! Ewe!
