First time I went was great, left my hair exactly how I wanted, she was a very nice lady and would gladly go with her again but the second time I let the guy cut my hair, he completely mest my hair up from the back and left it completely bald, he left my beard perfect but Edit the high fade very bad, I understand I said I wanted a high fade with double zero but seriously that’s just bad

I normally don’t make reviews but I’m still upset and devastated about my hair I called and went in and I asked if there was a professional stylist that does highlights reason being doing highlights is a very delicate transformation I went in cuz I moved to the area and I needed a stylist so I came into trusting the person over phone that there was a professional stylist that can do my service highlights and I came out there looking like a complete witch my hair is all burnt dry . I tried to give them a benefit of the doubt to fix the situation cuz I was very upset crying I asked for blonde highlights and I got all different colors

If you need your hair blow dried (blow out) Rosita is who you need to see. Originally from the Dominican Republic this lady is ole school and knows what she is doing? If you have a curly texture hair you know it’s important to have someone who knows how to work with your type hair! I definitely recommend her!! Idk about the other stylist being I only get hair done by her! She is good!!

I go here most of the time to cut my hair. I have really thick hair so it’s sometimes tricker to cut, most of my haircuts have been good but every once in a while one of the ladies gives me a bad cut. Last time I went a lady named Rosy cut it. I said give me a MEDIUM fade, but came out with a HIGH fade, the fade line was crooked, I’m no even supposed to see a line, it’s supposed to be a fade, and the hair on my sides by my part that’s supposed to be going down was crooked as well. I asked her to line me up, and I’ve never seen a hairline so uneven, so now I’m like it’s ok just so she could stop, did I mention another lady had to come not once but TWICE to help her out. I pointed out that it was not straight but only made it worse, she brought up my hairline by 2 inches. Finally she finished and on my way out another lady called me over to fix my hair, I was so relieved. Bit ROSY had messed it up so much thst they basically had to cut off all my sides to give me a HIGH fade, when I asked for a MID fade. She fixed my hairline a bit, but not to where it was straight because I wasn’t tryna bring it up another inch. This was the worst experience there so far for me.
