Cecilia advised me to purchase the wrong color hair extensions($500 expense to me). After installation ($300 expense to me), she indicated that they appear to be a reverse umbre. She tried to color (an additional $72 expense) the extensions and my hair to get it to match, I looked awful. Then she attempted to cut the extensions.. I say attempt because a cut would be presentable, but what she did was hack the extensions so badly that front pieces were longer then pieces on the back pieces. She ruined my hair extensions so much so that I was Unpresentable. Cecilia agreed to repay me back the $372 that I spent at her salon. She mailed me the check for the $372, but when I asked her about repayment about the property that she damaged, she refused and put a stop payment on the $372 check.
