This was the worst experience I have had in a nail salon. I decided to try a new place and everyone was very friendly and nice. But, my nails were done VERY poorly and I was cut near my cuticles twice. I asked for a soft ombré and when the nail tech couldn’t do it I said it was okay and she could just paint them a nude shade. I was almost in tears and wanted to leave before crying in a salon. I would never leave without paying (you never know what someone might be going through that day). So I paid and then went to my car and cried. After looking at them for a while crying I decided I had to go back in. The owner informed me that she doesn’t give refunds but she would “fix” my nails when she was done with her client, so I was made to sit in a full salon, crying in front of everyone. I spent 4 hours at this salon and even after that 4 hours my nails looked nothing like what I asked for. Then the owner told me she needed to charge me for the ombré because the original tech only charged me for single color…I told her that after what just happened and spending my entire afternoon in there that we should call it even and that I would be leaving. The photos are of what I asked for, what I got, then how they were “fixed”.

When I first started going to CeCi’s, it was great. Timely, friendly, well done service. My nails looked great for weeks, and I don’t do gel. That was in 2020 before COVID. I was so glad to see they made it through the shutdown. Lately, though, while the service is still timely and friendly, the quality is not nearly as good. My nails chip way too fast. I went in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for a mani-pedi and by Friday, the polish on two nails had popped off like press ons do and two were chipped as if I’d scrubbed them against the sidewalk. I will say they agreed to fix it for no charge, but had it been done right the first time, I wouldn’t have to go back.

Love, love,love Ceci’s Nails! It is a very calm, clean and relaxing environment and the service is always excellent. Ceci has turned me on to powder polish and nail art!! Who knew? I would highly recommend Ceci’s Nails to everyone!!

I have been here twice now. The first time I had a decent experience with a gel pedicure, but it was nothing special. I decided to go back because the staff was very friendly, but had a bad experience the second time around. I asked for a gel pedicure with acrylic extensions and the technician did a horrible job. I left paying $100 for a pedicure that I was very unsatisfied with.

The owner Ceci is very professional and cares about the people who come to see her . The hand and back massages are everything ! One time I walked in and she was there past the time she closed and she still gave me my massages . I appreciated that. She’s very kind and take pride in her business. Her and her employees are great . I went to Ceci’s after being recommended by a friend for a pedicure. I did not have an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes, which I didn’t mind. The staff members were very courteous to each customer that walked through the door. I really had my hopes up thinking I had found my pedicure oasis, but was disappointed with the outcome. My technician did use the lotion and the rocks as they were part of the package. However, she only clipped the nails and painted them. No buffing, shaping with the nail file or cuticle care. I feel like my money was wasted. I am very disappointed in the services I received. I will not be returning.
