Going there for several years. Paid senior price for buzz/scissor cut. Came in one morning and the worker hairdresser Mona whispered in my ear she raises her price. That ticked me off to no end. Why is the owner not informing me? The worker?. Got my haircut & found a frankly better place half the price . You don’t hit your clients verbally the day of the increase. You put up a sign informing your clients at least a few weeks before the increase. Obviously the owner didn’t give a hoot.

For many years I used Cecilias to get my hair cut, and was very happy with her service. The last time I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time, on a Saturday, and she called me that day and wanted to change the time. I realized I could not change the time, since I had another appointment with a doctor. She wanted to accommodate a customer who was having a more expensive job done, and said to me, “It’s hardly worth it for me, to just do a hair cut for you.” I have never been so insulted by a hair stylist in all my life.
