I’ve been using this nail salon for 4 years and they are amazing! All of the girls are very nice and do phenomenal work! Seriously! There is not one girl better than the other. Plus, they are super clean! All of tools come out of sealed and sanitized bag! I couldn’t ask for anything else! Ceci nails is the best! While I’m not one to write bad reviews, this felt necessary. First time using Ceci Nails (as my regular place couldn’t fit me in). Went for a dip powder manicure, but needed to remove my existing manicure first. While they were pleasant and professional, when removing my existing powder, they held the dremel on my nail too long to the point where it started to burn me. I had to notify them several times that it was burning and have them move it. The manicure itself was fine however that night, 2 nails cracked/chipped. I returned the following day to have them redo the cracked nails — which they did without fuss. That night, another 2 nails cracked (after the repair). And for reference, I was taking groceries out of the car when it cracked — an act that should NOT crack dip powder manicures. The second time around, then actually took some skin off of my cuticle when using the dremel to remove the cracked nails. All in all, I would NOT recommend this nail salon for powder dip manicures. They may do a great gel manicure but avoid if you want dip. The manicure is mediocre at best and the layers of powder are so thin that the manicure with crack with even the simplest of work.

Such a horrible place for waxing the lady who did my waxing peeled my entire skin from my arms and I ended up having big red bruises.They are rude and very demanding was only expecting 20%tip and not taking the tip I was giving them.They leave u mid way doing ur nails and take other people for waxing and the lady who did my daughters nails was kept on telling my daughter to tell ur mom to give me tip.

i said “don’t cut just file, i like my nails long”… so she filed my nails down short. okay? i said square but slightly round edges… i could cut someone with how sharp the corners of my nails are. however i didn’t ask her to fix that because she would just continue to file my nails and i was already upset at how short she made them. the worst part though.. ALL of my nails are uneven and crooked. they’re all different lengths and none were filed straight. thanks for nothing but frustration. you couldn’t pay me to let them do my nails again.
